WET PLATE COLLODION
An early photographic process invented in the 1851 by Frederick Scott Archer. This is variant of the wet-collodion process, which consists in obtaining a positive image directly from a plate glass and fixing it on glass. Silver nitrate and an emulsion of liquid collodion are used to obtain images.
