My name is Irina and I invite you to get acquainted with an ancient art form - pristine photography, which was invented in the XIX century. The art without digital code. The art that you can hold in your hands. These photos represents alchemy in its purest form.

The alchemists said: "Quod natura renounces the imperfect, ars perficit" - what nature leaves imperfect art completes.
The art of ancient photography is a value that must be preserved.
I want to give the opportunity for this art to survive the centuries, continuing the work of my colleagues of the 19th century. In the laboratory, you will be able to get acquainted with the ancient technology of shooting, see how the silver photo is created on glass, and order your portrait.

An early photographic process invented in the 1851 by Frederick Scott Archer. This is variant of the wet-collodion process, which consists in obtaining a positive image directly from a plate glass and fixing it on glass. Silver nitrate and an emulsion of liquid collodion are used to obtain images.

Together we will plunge into the wonderful world of creating your portrait on glass. You will be a full participant in the process.
If you want to be the master of wet plate collodion photography I am ready to share my knowledges to you and become your guide to the world of glass silver photography.
